*Makes two Big Macks.

Ingredients:

- 4 Flamed-Broiled Boca Burger
- 4 Cheddar flavored veggie/soy cheese slices
- 1 small half-sour pickle, or slices (full-sour if not available)
- 1/2 C shredded iceburg lettuce
- 1/4 C finely chopped onion
- 1/4 C Thousand Islands Dressing
- 4 Arnold's sesame seed buns (eliminate two of the tops)

1. Grill or pan fry the burgers for 5 minutes, flipping once. Then add cheese slices to a slight melt, about 1 minute. In the meantime, chop lettuce, and finely dice the onion. Thinly slice pickle if needed.

2. Then it's just assembly from here. This is the lineup: bottom bun, burger with cheese, 1/2 T dressing, 1 T lettuce, 1/2 T onion, 3-4 pickle slices, second bottom bun, burger with cheese, 1/2 T dressing, 1 T lettuce, 1/2 T onion, 3-4 pickle slices, then top bun. And viola!
